The Bronze Package

  • Ballroom fully decorated for up to 7 hours.
  • Design consultation for decor.
  • Unlimited ice (Clients will be responsible for bringing in soft drinks, bottled water & supplies)
  • One licensed bartender for up to 7 hours (Clients will be responsible for bringing in alcoholic drinks and bar supplies, no corking fees added).
  • Decorated head table
  • Decorated Tables for Gifts & Cake
  • Round Tables fully decorated & Chiavari Chairs
  • Decorative gold or silver charges
  • Silver or gold embossed cake stand
  • Table numbers and easels for portraits
  • Projectors & Screen for any picture or video presentation.
  • Lighted marquee letters: "Mr & Mrs", "15", or "16" (if need it)
  • 2 crescent moons arch fully decorated
  • 2 to 6 Banquet Servers (based on the number of guests)
  • Early access to the venue for soft/alcoholic drinks, bottled water & supplies 1 or 2 days prior to the event.
  • Early access to the venue for food (any perishable products) 2 hours prior to the event.
  • Security during the event
  • Set-up, Tear-down and Clean-up during the event.
  • One private room available.
  • Ample Parking

Clients may bring in all outside vendors for Catering (Food must be brought in fully cooked), Cake, Photography/Videography and DJ/musical group

  • Soft drinks, ice, regular coffee and tea included. Clients will be responsible for bringing in alcoholic drinks, bottled water and bar supplies (no corking fees added).
  • One licensed bartender for up to 7 hours.
  • Decorated head table
  • Decorated Tables for Gifts & Cake
  • Fully decorated round tables & Chiavari Chairs
  • Silver or Gold Decorative Charges
  • Professional DJ/Emcee for up to 7 hours
  • Lighted marquee letters: Mr & Mrs, 15 or 16
  • 2 crescent moons arch fully decorated
  • 3 to 6 Banquet Servers, based on the number of guests
  • Hostess to welcome guests during the first hour of the event.
  • Early access to the venue for food (any perishable items): 2 hours prior to the event.

  • Formal place setting. Including 5 piece china service: dinner plate, fork & knife, water goblet and cloth napkin.
  • Table linen & runners to choose from various colors.
  • Professional DJ/Emcee for 7 hours.
  • Banquet Servers (3 to 6, based on the number of guests)
  • Lighted marquee numbers/letters: 15, 16 and Mr & Mrs

  • PROMO: videography and photography: includes one pre-session prior to the event for the 20X30 poster. 100/4X6 printed photos or digital photos on a USB, 1/16X20 printed photo (it could be a family photo), 40/3X2 wallet photos, one high definition USB video, one slide show for the hall. Also, includes coverage for home, park or church and venue on the day of the event.
